Eddie, check with the guys at A.I.R., autococker internet resources and owners group.
This is where I get all of my information about the Autococker.
I'll be doing the e-blade on my '02 VF too.

Make sure EYE is set at 128 ( ie, the sensitivity)...
If not...it should read a marked difference between an open bolt and a closed bolt, and again different with paint in the breech.
If it dont do this its poopered...needs a new one.

Dude, mine 'burnt out' needs replacing id geuss, mine did, dunno why they do it just poor bits?bout £35 for new one
