the stock board in any shocker usually has ramping and semi, the manual is available on www.smartparts.com ,look under the shocker manualis that what it comes with? i bought it off here but it didnt come with a manual so
If it is a Dynasty NXT straight out of the box it will have a stock board which has dwell, rof, semi/ramp activation speed and eye mode(ignore this setting as it is useless until you put the board with reflective eyes) if its a dynasty board, its teh tadao m5/m6 cant remember which the current version is.

you will need it set at a 15 bps cap, for which i will need the dwell, then its calculated by adjusting the rof to make the cycle time within the 15bps limit, and the rebound mode will be 4 so take it to the top and down one, beats counting. that will give you a kick in rate of 8bps, with a sustain of 8 bps.
