The quote below is taken from a post on the IOG forums, and it accuses dynasty of both cheating and breaking sponsorship contracts.

The post was origionally from PBN, where it was deleted cery swiftly and the person who posted it was banned. The pictures come from someone who was trying to blackmail dynasty.

Dynasty used angel speeds with WAS boards inside NOT regular boards like they'd like you to think. The whole gun functions differently because of the WAS board. It also features a way to default the eye to eliminate trigger bounce so you can chrono. They'd like you to think that you cant do this yourself, well sorry but you can. There is nothing special about the boards, voltage, anything like they'd like you to think.
Here are some pictures I got.

EDIT ADDED BY YHM: Disabled pics too big. Reduce their scale and re-post if you want. In fact, shrink 'em all. Thanks.

old news

yep its rumoured that dynasty did use the was in their angels, dont blame them really WDP should put an eye on the angel and do away with ropey old cops.

You can get the mod (originally by hk army) thru warped sports, still dunno how they get the angel solenoid to run off a 9v tho, if i did would love to try this, like the angel form factor but love the way my timmies rip

It's not just a rumor that Dynasty used WAS boards in their angels. Big deal. It's not cheating. If having a WAS board in an angel is cheating, why isn't having one in an intimidator or viking cheating?

And how is this breaking sponsorship contracts? They are still using angels. Have you read the contracts?

It's a mod that makes the angel use a different board. Period. Maybe some of the guys liked the feel over the stock board. End of story.

Firstly, how do i know that the gun i am looking at is one of the Dynasty guns?

Secondly, there is nothing wrong with the WAS boards

Thirdly does the 'blackmailer' actually know what was in the contracts?

Are there many pro teams out there with standard stuff in their guns? I know that the dynasty shocker will be teched to the max and will have hardly any standard things in it other than the body.

I don't think the body will be standard either - it'll be replaced by a cardboard tube surrounded by a special (patented) paint-repelling force-field... :D:rolleyes:

The whole ting about them is that it's VERY easy to just turn off the debounce halfway through the game, after markers have been checked, and it's this that dynasty have been acused of doing.

It's not VERY easy, and it's certainly not an easy/quick task to enable the de-bounce again. Firstly it involves turning the marker off, turning on again whilst holding the trigger, releasing the trigger selecting the mode you want to adjust waiting whilst the led flash's the set number of ms's the debounce is currently set too, then pulling the trigger to the appropriate de-bounce level that you want, waiting a further 10 seconds for the board to acknowledge and confirm the new programming and finally turn the marker off and on again and wait for it to boot up.

Yeah, I'm sure they do that all the time, like you'd need to when half the team are still using revvys...oh wait I forgot the revvys are actually belt driven super revvys....
