Absolutely brilliant! The Dynasty guys were really nice, I learnt LOADS!! The site was great (just wish I could pee in the hedge like the boys, rather than the loo at the top if the hill). But I ache in places I didn't know I had and it'll probably take a week for the pain to go away, lol. Still, it made me realise I'm even more unfit than I thought I was  and hopefully make me do something about it  :D

Great weekend, great opportunity to learn. The Dynasty guys not only taught the group well, but made time to give to individuals pointers, and value of the tips I got easily outweighed the attendance costs.

The site was great, excellent organisation and the group size wasn't too large to make participation over the weekend difficult.

We'll use the drills at training, but would happily do it again :D :D :D

Thanks to Markie C for sorting it out!!!

Was absolutely great weekend of training. The Dynasty guys were all great and extremely helpful and very happy to help answer any questions people have. Puts faces to some names and learnt that lemon never actually stops laughing :)

Overall a fantastic trip and definately worth the money and long journey up there. And big thanks to markie c, Ryan, BC and Todd. WORD!!

The only downside being that the field was setup and the bottom of a hill and at the top(where you go in) there is a very sudden change in gradient from flat to very steep so I got plenty of scrapage on my car driving down serves me right for lowering it I guess.

P.S. I hope that lump has not broken anything in his wrist.
