dyna-flo problems

Anyone know anything about Dyna-flo air systems,

ive gotta leak out the front and occasionally spikes,

It works just leak,s ive cleaned the inner spring, but no change

anyone know any disributers or techs

help anyone???

I think it wqas NPS (Diablo) who did the Dynaflow.

I'm positive it was Centerflag who did (and do) the Dyna Flo. Don't know much about them (as far as assembly or troubleshooting), though. www.centerflagproducts.com is their website, could try the support department.

scars, ive had this problem with mine. guage often spikes a whole lot, enough to worry me. i completely dismantled it, cleaned it, oiled it and put small amounts in the bottle at first just to try and get it bedded in.
works just fine and dandy now
just try a proper good clean, and i mean taking the on/off out, spring, output adjuster etc its worth the hassle.
these air systems must be the most under-rated of the lot, bargain mine was

Only lube the Dynaflow needs is some shocker grease or white lithium grease on the piston oring...otherwise you run it dry.

The leaking out the front is likely the piston safety needing to tightned a bit...pity I'm in the US and can't look it over for you...

ive taken out the front spring and brass valve (best i can describe it) cleaned those, im using cinamon grease (evolve's answer to dow 33)

still getting a slight leak though

This will be the main seal leaking, it needs to be replaced.

you can flip it over,thats how i stopped mine from leaking
