has any one used this barrel? the 14' dye xcel for the tippi 98 custom? was it any good? im thinking of buying one

Yup - it's a good barrel for a tippy. Not too expensive and accurate enough. I use one on an Inferno.
The only thing I'd say is that the 14 inch may be a bit long depending on where/what you're playing. I would go for a 12 inch.

not to be rude or anything, but you said 14', where that means fourteen feet. You should have said 14", where that means fourteen inches...
