obviously, you can see the shark fin so it must have velcro unless its been ripped out.
I have a feeling that you may be confused about what the 'shark fin' is, considering pictures have only been taken of the outside.....

considering with the picture clearly showing the jam release trigger on the bottom that is used to operate the centre rotor arm, and without the jam release trigger there it wouldent work, so I think it is quite obvious and self explanitory. so unless this guy has actually went out and swapped it for the old version which would just be silly I think it has oneI have a feeling that you may be confused about what the 'shark fin' is, considering pictures have only been taken of the outside.....
