Marker is in used condition with some anno wear but still in good working order. The board is an E2 version 1.1 (or at least that is what appears when you switch it on). PM me if you have any questions.

there was some wear to the back bolt (might have been sorted now) this did not affect its performance.

Having checked with S1im, who previously owned the marker, can confrim that it is an E2 frame. Would consider an offer but waiting to hear back from Cockycocker regarding whether they want the frame included. Make an offer, the worst that can happen is I say no.
