Dye Preset + Ion

I'm bloody hopeless with these things, so thanks for any help offered

Which is appropriate for an Ion, HP or LP? I've got a Dye Throttle Preset which is apparently 850 psi, so I'm hoping I can use that with it.

Additionaly, what's the process for getting said air system tested?

IONs will run on either - but it is best with HP. I use a Dye Throttle on my sons - and it works perfectly.
