Dye nt fps???

Ello people!

I recently brought my awesome DYE NT from lips. the Hyper 3 is set at 130 as suggested in the instructions. and everything is factory setting. when coming to chrono this marker. It is only firing at 264. 266, is this normal???? Can i not get it close to 290+? i have the spacer mod, but have left out the 4 pcs spacers.

Add a couple of spacers and re chrono, mine did the same.

if you add the spacers will that not decrease the FPS?

I have just set mine up this evening.
Setting dwell at 7, spacer carrier only, blue insert, reg around 5 turns out. getting 280 +/- 2 or 3 over handheld chrono

The NT will chrono around 285-290 when the Hyper3 is set to 130 psi, and there are no spacer inserts fitted. (provided the paint / barrel match is good)

Adding the rubber shroud, any of the rings, or swapping the red bolt insert in - without adjusting the Hyper reg pressure - will decrease the velocity.

Do i just take the 1pcs spacer body out? and it would be fine?

my NT is set up, with the spacer shroud, blue tip flow insert and hyper 3 set to about 140-145 psi, 290-300 fps on the dot
