Dye Millenium DM chip Q's

Quick question, i've got a DM ramp chip that I'm putting on a Lucky board for my timmy, but with zero instructions how do I set the ROF?

I think it's been played about with before so will need to be checked as a result ready for the NSPL.

Its capped and locked at 15 bps, as per Millennium rules.

It is a Dye Millenium chip, but came with no instructions whatsoever so I don't have a clue!
