Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could review the i4. Some of my mates say that they are too small and you take a few really sore hits. Is this true?

Ive got a pair in white. Not very protective of the forehead, but no less than most goggles. Ive got a long face if that helps :p

Would recommend getting some

Cheers, Andy
The issue for some people is that it doesn't fully cover the jaw (few masks cover the forehead so I won't go into that), but NO mask meant for tournie play covers the throat so in my opinion the whine people come up with is moot.

It hurts much, much less to be hit on the jawbone than on the throat and\or neck.

I love my I4s, along with the proflex and i3 it makes up my top 3. :)

The masks themselves are good, i love mine. The lenses changes quick and easy however they need replacing quite a bit. I used the yellow lens just the once and paint ran in the middle of dual pane just walking off the field so my guess is they are not sealed as well as the old lenses or Jt's etc.

The chrome lenses are also very good however scratch very very easy, fist time i wore that it scratched from next to no rubbing.

They are in truth probs the best masks i have owned for play, for reffing or marshaling i use proflex's as the lens are a bit cheaper and last a lot longer :D
