Could be a daft one this, but after taking apart my hyper 3, re-lubing and putting back together, the shim stack shakes as if there are some shims missing? Im sure all of my shims are there i have double and triple checked, 13 of them in total, stacked = [] )()()()()()().

Maybe this is normal? More likely something daft that i have missed, any ideas guys?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried gassing it up yet? Maybe try screwing the veloctiy adjustment screw in more?
No i havent gassed it up yet, and the shim stacks move around as if there are some missing when the velocity screw is all the way in  not sure if its supposed to be like this with it all the way in? this is the first time ive fully stripped and cleaned it, and i just wanted re-assurance from somebody before i go ahead and gas her up (dont fancy forking out for a new solenoid any time soon!)

strippin your reg isnt a daft thing to do pal. needs cleanin less then your internals/ bolt and would recomend usin Hater Marmalade for the reg and Hater Sauce for the bolt when yoiu do. :)
Its funny that you have just said that mate, thats exactly what i have done ;) Bought some V2 from the states for the moving bits and marmalade from fatbobs for the LPR/HPR. Im a hater virgin and was curious as to if my DM9 would perform any better with this combo against dow33.

its as if they where amde for the Dye and Proto markers pal. i use Sauce and Marmalade on both my pmr 06 ul and slg 09 ul and NEVER had a problem. what i will advice tho is after your days ballin you strip, clean and lube your bolt good and on the maornin of your next session you wipe off the excess Sauce cos too much can be as bad as too little. as for the reg Marmalade works a treat and you could always drop a little marker oil in your asa and dry fire just in case theres some crap in your internals apart from that you might want to run it into shop and let them have a look at it if its still 'shakin'. hope you get it sorted dude.

I think you have adjustment screw in too far buddy. Loosen it right off. build the reg up fully. Check the manual for which way to turn to lower the pressure of the reg. Then set it at lowest it will go. Then increase the pressure whilst aired up half turn at a time untill maker fires then check over the crono.
