Dye Hyper 2 Reg 007 o ring seating

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has any tips on getting the 007 o ring seated in the dye hyper 2 regulator I've tried multiple different methods in the past hour but am still at a loss

Any clues?

I use a bent pick. Push it half way through and then try flip it in seat. It is a pain in the back side.
