Just thought i would like to post up here to say something positive about someone for a change!

After having a nightmare on Sunday with my DM5 (went wrong then someone "looked" at it and messed it up further and made it twice as fooked up as it was!!!) i contacted Jeff at Dye via email and sent off my DM5 on Tuesday for them to have a look at.

After them changing a few things which i must have inadvertently knackered, they returned my shiny DM5 this morning (thursday)

Just wanted an opportunity to say a massive thanks to Jeff and the team at Dye in Croydon - Wicked!

Aye, I had the same service from them this week as well, Elsie has been great as well, always someone who seems like they really care about what you are talking to them about. Very rare in customer services nowadays. Big thumbs up, and thanks.

As my repeated posts re: my DM4 + DM5 will have proven, I had a bit of trouble with my marker when I first started using it. No matter, because a PM and a phonecall always fixed my "issues" within 24hrs. So if anybody is to be trusted when it comes to DMs and Protos (and the fact that the winter care thread is stickied), listen to Jeff and the crew at Dye Precision. They know all.
