Try...

Try changing the bolt tip oring, if this is missing /damaged you can get blow back. wind the LPR all the way in and then back out 5+1/2 or 6 turns.

Also does it have a DYE chip or an after market one?

The jungle
beat me to it chuck!

If its not the oring or LPR

Make sure the eyes are clean, and working, (also make sure your eye off maximum rate of fire isn’t set too high) just put your finger in the breech and watch the light.

If those all seem to be good it could be the detents, push them with your finger and make sure they’re not too stiff or stuck out, they could be jammed with shell

If that fails try staring it out to show it whos boss. :D
