Dye Core Elbow Pad issue

Got these on the 14th and use them today.

The threading around the thumb area already start to come apart!

Will Dye cover this? Sure paying £££, suppose to be better quality and not start to fall apart 1st day use.

Not sure should I contact dye or go back to mayhem and try see if they will exchange it, but I think I took the last XL large size.
