has anyone with a Dye C8 jersey noticed that the elbow pads don't cover the elbow, but the venting does instead? are they meant to be like this, or is it just mine? is the vent material strong? will it survive slides?

I'm not sure why they would do that.

If they do, then I'm gonna wear 08 Eclipse. Where did you get your jersey from? Have you asked them for help on this?

Tell me know how you get on.

Hi

The padding in the sleeves is designed to cover your forearm-for those lucky bounces. If you are going to be sliding around then you should be wearing elbow pads. The vented material is strong enough to handle sliding. One of the main reasons for doing this was to cut as much weight and extra bulk out of the jerseys as possible. The playing gear this year is significantly lighter than in previous years.

If you do have any problems with any DYE products, feel free to contact myself on here, via e-mail eurotech@dyeprecision.com, or call the office on 02086496330
