recently picked up a marker 2nd hand with a few barrels, including 2 DYE 14 inch barrels

one is a titanuim series.
the other is a stainless steel one.

they are silver where they join the gun and black at the muzzle end.

Q- should they be seperable? and as such should i be able to unscrew into two halves? cos at present i cant do this, and was wondering if it was possible, and its that they are just too tightly screwed in?

cheers

United States......BITCHES!
If the bend is fooking your performance, you gotta send it to dye to fix (they had a hard time doing this a few years ago, even in the US...if you were outside of California, it was a pain in the ass) I can only imagine what a pain it will be to do this from the UK... good luck on that one. :)

You can try to glue it, but you'll most likely do it wrong, and then Dye wont even attempt to fix it. :p

engineering workshop

i had the same problem a while ago with a glued dye barrel. I was friendly with some guys that own an engineering workshop with lathes etc. They set the barrel in the chuck and centred it while the glue set. It was very easy and straight forward.

Although i still havent hit anything since it was fixed;)
