IMO, if it has moving parts, and the DYE name on it, it's going to be trouble.
A few months ago, I had to work on a DYE cocker. I was shocked as soon as I pulled the hammer out. The thing looked like it had just come of the rough finishing step on a lathe. Ridges you could not only see, but feel with your fingertip. The valve wasn't much better. The three way is just a System X copy, with all the same down falls. The reg looks nifty, but spikes like a madman, and leaks like a screen door.
The end result was the gun was gutted, the body kit and bolt are the only things left on it that remained the same. Shoots great now.
Sad thing was, there were even some machine marks in some of the lower points of the milling on the body. Just plain sloppy work.
