I could be very interested in the dxs 68/45 hp tank.

Does the bottle regulator come with twin burst disc's (one to safe guard the bottle pressure, and the other to safe guard the regulator pressure)?

Reason why I ask is some sites will NOT fill bottles, even if they are within test, if the regulators don't have two burst discs fitted.

its got only one burst disk - on the opposite side of the fill nipple.

ive been filling this tank from several paintball sites including the millenium tournament without any problem.


which site(s) did you go to that will only fill tank with two burst disks???


EDIT: it does have two burst disks.

Fat Bobs YPC site at Selby near York. Andy Sables gave a 'compressed air training course' which hi-lighted the fact that they were insisting on dual burst disc bottle regulators only.

In fact, I had a mate turned away from using the fill rig as he had a bottle regulator with only one burst disc, even though the regualtor and bottle were in mint condition as well as the bottle being well within date.

All DXS Regulators have 2 seperate burst disc ports.

it does have two. didn't bother to double check the tank. was going by my memory(must be another tank i was thinking of).
