Dwell setting.

If you have the marker on fully automatic are you ment to have the dwell setting to a specific ms? eg. 15ms..
Is the dwell setting around the same ms for all markers or do you have to play around with the settings.
Also how do you know when you have the correct setting?

hi i have a A1 with magno kit using nitro just tryed gun in back yard using
diablo heat paint just let rip 1000 balls no breaks on full auto

software 2.6 settings as follows

valve dwell 6.5
de-bounce 10
paint type 3
soft breakout
soft ramp 1
shot filter 5%
abs 1.25

Your ABS settings wants to be 0.25 according to the Americans

Edit; and my dwell is set at 5.5, so it may be a little more efficient at the lower dwell

Iv got a SP EOS, completely standard and im no paintball wizz, kinda new to the sport so all the technical talk (in one ear out the other) not gona work lol.
i know how to set all the settings but need a rough idea what to set them to.

Bolt Setup
Start at low dwell and pressure (~130).
Raise dwell until gun cycles and shoots
Raise pressure to fps
Drop dwell until gun does not cycle
add 1 point of dwell
Pressure to FPS

(by 1 point of dwell it means 1ms or 4 chirps on blackheart or stock board)

you can use the above it will work fine, but I suggest starting at about 160psi or maybe a touch higher
