Just wondering if anyone can point me in right direction to set the dwell? Its currntly on 11.0 ms! Im not entirely sure what difference will be if higher/lower?

Setting it lower can increase efficiency, but if set too low can cause FPS fluctuations. Setting it higher decreases efficiency, but can cause FPS to be a bit more consistent.
Feel free to fiddle about with both the dwell and LPR and see what happens. Every marker is different so I can't tell you what will give you the most efficient how ever the factory default settings will always do the trick.
