Diamond Wars Scenario Series: Season 3
NPF Bassetts Pole, Birmingham, UK. Jan 31st to November 28th 2010.
The ever growing Scenario Series showcases its return on January 31st 2010. The Diamond Wars is completely mission based, with continuous play. Missions range from Retrieval and Patrols to Demolition and Sniper missions! With something for EVERY type of Paintballer, the World’s First Monthly Scenario Series is something you have to try! With a high value, low cost entry fee of £55 per person (with the exception of Festival Camping weekends). This fee includes 2000 rounds of ammunition, plus the full use of all of NPF Bassetts Pole’s facilities and amenities. The events are played monthly, on the last Sunday of each month apart from August and December, giving you the flexibility to play as many events as you like.
NEW FOR 2010!
There will be a new Medic Structure in place, giving a more fair style of play.
The Scouts have now been upgraded to a 4 man Spec Ops team, who will have their own side missions to complete throughout the day.
The Demo Team will return as a 4 man squad, with their demolition missions exploding into action!
There will be more role specific missions aimed at Snipers, Demo Squads, Spec Ops etc…
New to the purchase list is the 8 Man Air Lift giving your commanders the option to tactically insert or extract up to 8 troops at any given time!
Also: to any new New Recruits: A squad leader will be assigned to any new groups to ‘show them the ropes’ and ease the transaction into scenario paintball. These new Squad will also have a set of separate missions to attempt, and earn their Corporation Points.
…and finally: both teams, as of 2010 will have a Live HQ Comms System set up, enabling easy communication between Command HQ and their troops in the field, and bringing an even more realistic feel to the HQ areas.
Diamond Wars will also be one of the first events in the world to utilise ND Trak. A new System that tracks the movement of troops on the field, similar to a UAV. This system can show you your objectives and missions and if you want your command to know how you or your squad are doing in the battle field, now you can! All you need is a smart phone!
