Dumb ass barrel length question...

Just checking - does a quoted barrel length mean the entire length including the thread? Or does it mean the part which actually projects when fitted on the marker?

normaly total length

but to be truthfull most barrels arent even their stated size anway, e.g if you measure a freak it's about 1" less than it "should" be.

its mainly for a guide, don't get hung up on it.
