I sent this to Support for macdev so i'll just copy and paste it:
Hi,
Just a quick (or slightly long) question - I was training down at my site normally and all was well - then there was a small leak from my reg end of the macroline.. that went away after a couple of shots...
This continued for a few hours.
Then my hopper ran out of batteries - so i went to change them, and as i was, the battery cable snapped off - and not having a soldering iron in my back pocket (as you do..) i couldn't fix it. Instead of using my spare hopper i thought i'd service the marker
I checked for a creeping inline reg and pulled it down, but dropped it and the washers spilt everywhere. - Please check this! : I rebuilt it so there was a washer bent up, facing down, making a dome shell on the bottom. Then paired the washers up, i think 4 pairs, then a face up, bent down, upside down dome, whatever makes sense, on the top.
There's an Oring on the bottom, and a smaller one inside in which is the oring, i presume for the adjustable part of the reg.
Is this correct?
Anyway... I gassed up and air leaked from my trigger frame. At which point i took out the bolt, cleaned the internals of the bolt and gun and re lubed. also took the bolt clamp off as to look underneath the frame under the detents - the whole thing.. Tightened 2 screws on the manifold, white square section - the 2 screws about 0.5cm apart. put back together and regassed - Boom. Oring on the inside of the bolt blew off - replaced that O ring from an ego ring kit (PLEASE help me find a replacement kit for macdev!) and reconstructed.
regassed - leaked out of the small hole on the back of the reg - thought this could be the ball bearing being forced up and sticking the valve open. opened it up, careful to to drop reg again! and opened up to look at ball bearings - VERY dirty.. not sure what condition they are new though.. gave it a quick scrape and clean and popped it back in. Regassed - NO LEAK ... chrono'd up and all was good.
Got home and did another quick drill and the leak was back - in the reg. small hole again - got larger the more i shot..
What's the problem?!
In addition to this problem - my step-dad has manage to LOSE the regulator adjuster ball... So now I NEED a replacement.
Where is the best place to get one? / could you tell me the size what exactly i'm looking for so I can ask around shops etc?
Anyone here know any of these?
Thanks in advance!
Bassy.
