drivecone spring help!

hey guys, when my reloader b spins the drivcone isent spining that well i mean it is realy loose and the spring at the bottem of it doesent stop it from going backwards...

i may have put the spring in wrong or somthing could someone please help me

have looked at the manual and it just makes no sence to me cant fined eny other threads for it either?
