Dremel Bits....

i know a few of you here like to mess around with a dremel tool so i wanna ask you guys what end pieces are good for making holes in aluminium

Drill bits! Just pick the mm you need and drill away!

I would probably recommend taking it to a fabrication shop where they have bench drills etc with stronger bits and cutting fluid. If you mark where you want it (Pop it if possible with a hammer and pop) I'm sure they'd do it for free (or at least I'd drill a hole for nout if you brought it to where I worked other shops might not though)

get some "slow twist" drill bits ... normal twist may cause built up edge

Like what exactly? Drill bits make holes, how thick is the aluminium your drilling? How bigs the hole? and whats going in it afterwards e.g. screw or just a air hole etc?

lol well im basically gonna shave down the fat off some old markers, so ill need some kind of grinding attachments?
