went to ote walk on on the 25th and bought a box of dracula when i'd used what i'd brought up. now before anyone jumps down my throat i'm not blaming anyone or any company, just the people who manufactured this paint. this paint is the biggest heap of kack i have ever shot. running my eclipse impulse at 275fps it burst 2 out of every three balls i shot in the barrel. upon checking the ball i found they were all egg shaped. i put one down my insert no problem. got the same ball and rotated it 90 degrees and tried again and it would not go through. i went back and explained to the chap behind the counter that i was having problems and credit to him,without a blink apologised and changed what i had left. like i stated earlier not slagging anyone off, just grumbleing about very poor paint. anyone else had bad experience with this paint? crap stuff.:mad:

mate, it happens with all paint, you get dodgy batches, ive had superb paint one time, crap paint the next. the dracula i use is always fine, altho it is the tourny stuff so it is of higer quality. i also use the site paint which is great going through infernos. dont know the phrase for this one, but because one box is bad, dont think all of them are, something like dont tar them with the same brush.:)

Same here. Bought a box of 2000 when i got my marker and it seems to be fine. Ive got some RPS and blaze too and there isn't a noticable difference. Just a bad box buddy!:(

We always have a chat about paint after walk-on days and Chris told me that he had a few problems with some of the Dracula. He said it was a problem with a certain colour (not sure which), but it seemed to go through some guns and not others. I can only apologise for this and say that we do try are hardest to get you all good paint at a fair price. It was fresh in that week so we expected it to be fine. It's always hard this time of the year to get it right, we store at the perfect temperature but then you get it down the site, it's freezing cold and before you know it the paint starts to turn to crap, not just site paint pretty much everything out there doesn't like the cold. If you get winter formula (Which I believe the Dracula was) and it ends up being a warm day you paint ends up being rock hard. Paint runs the fine line between good and bad at the best of times in winter it's just a nightmare waiting to happen.

it was the blue/black colour, but hey, not your fault and yeah had a good day all in all. and got to give my eclipse impulse a good ripping! it was the black side as well that did'nt work with the eye on the vision, but paint aside it was a good day. see you at the bedlam games chaps!
