Steam is the new halflife, HL was getting pretty shakey as it has had more dodgy addons and upgrades than Michael Jackson.

So they rewrote the whole interface.

nope its sweet as a nut.

Fast updates keep the cheaters on their toes, and the ability to refresh the server list and join another server without leaving the old one is one of my favorite features.

Yes takes ages to donwload, but peoples connections are getting beefier all the time.

A friend had a server up, i think it was the only one in the uk. My ping went from 100 - 200 on other servers to 10 - 15. He took it down but if people will play on it i could get him to put it back up.
