As Ray says it has been done to death, but basically, NO

YOu may well be able to find some numpty who will test it for you, even though it is not legal and if you come to try and get it filled in the UK at an event and they see the letters DOT forget it, you have no chance, even it is within test/retested.

Sorry fella, time to splash some cash on a HSE bottle, its your only choice if you want to play tourneys
