why wouldnt he be? you just cant use it in this country, but i know of people you use dot bottles for training and fill off dive tanks + with teams going out to the states someone might want one

If so I wil take it off your hands, I recently moved to Canada and my folks are coming over to see me in a few months so I will get it sent to them in the Uk and they can fetch it over with them when they come.
