please follow the link for the full story, but here is the initial statement on facebook for starters!
https://www.facebook.com/groups/337819853044681/

SHADOW aka PBSHADOW.COM are theiving *******s!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

PLEASE SHARE AND SPREAD THE WORD!

Let me explain what I'm talking about.
At the beggining of this year they started a support/sponsorship promotion for teams.
I contacted their UK distributor (Danny Vimto Sierzdan) to find out details and agreed to a deal for my entire team (Fallen Brotherhood) which came to just over £800.
On 4th of February 2014 we paid the money directlt to Danny for the barrel deal.
We were advised a lead time of 6-8 weeks for the barrels to be made and shipped(this length of time was due to them being custom colours and custom lasered)
approximately 8 weeks later came the 1st excuse, another 8 weeks came the 2nd excuse, 6 weeks after that came the 3rd excuse and son and so forth until recently.
Now after that length of time I can honestly say that my team and myself have been more than patient but during the middle of september i managed to get a fb conversation with Shadow's owner and a refund was agreed to be processed 30 days from the submission of a complaint via email, with clear documentation as to details and transactions attached which were provided.
Well today is that day, and guess what...... NO REFUND!

They have been in contact about a refund in the past few days, to which i have given them my international banking details. guess what...... they're telling me they don't work.
Ihave had the details i've given them verified, and guess what.... they are exactly correct!

stalling for time??? who knows, but i see it as further excuses.

I have offered my paypal address and guess what, everyone's gone quiet again.

This has been going on for over 10 months and I know for a fact that this is not the only instance of this happening or going on right now.
I have spoken to a few other people regarding these issues that they're having and i'm sure that after reading this even more are going to be flying out of the woodwork immediately.

don't get caught out like we have been. Share this post as much as possible across Facebook, forums, team pages so that no-one else get's caught out by this theiving company.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. and yes, i have plenty of proof to back this up.

steve

Have a friend up here the exact same, paid his money, delays after delays, excuses after excuses. not sure if he got his money back either but certainly went through the same problems.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

edit: just read the replies you posted on the FB group, tell them to go shove their legal action where the sun don't shine, at the end of the day all you've actually said is you placed an order, were told you'd get it and they have failed to deliver and failed to refund. no lies in that so their legal action counts for nothing, best of luck to them blowing how ever many thousands on a losing case, would be better spent just refunding the people they've ripped off with it instead.

Them taking legal action could work out very well for you, simply enter a defence and a counter claim for the money you're owed, plus if they are a ltd company and they issue you with a county court claim as an individual it is your right under the CPR to have the hearing at your local court so you don't have to travel far.

Just been reading this and the post on FB, did you by any chance pay the money to them with a credit card? if so the credit card company are equally liable for the transaction. A similar thing happened to me but with a totally unrelated company. In the end I contacted my credit card company who issued me a refund then, from what they told me over the phone they then get the money back from the company and issue them with a fine. May be this is something you can look into. Here's more info about how the credit card company can get your money back (amusing you paid by credit card) http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases#what Don't know if any of this is of any help but I thought I'd share just in case.
