To be kind: nope. Except that your ball is 4-6 inches closer to the target when it leaves the end of the barrel!

and if you run out of paint and have an 18" barrel you can always try and 'spear' the opposition with it

Some players find it easier to aim with a longer barrel so percieved accuracy is greater amongst those people.

Barrel Length

Its personal choice rather than performance gains for barrel length. Shoot what you are comfortable with!

I like 10's or 12's, some like 16's or 18's.

consensious surgests that as long as you have 7 inches before any porting length doesnt make much difference.

A bigger barrel lets you manipulate your bunker....

Purely preference. Longer barrels are useful for pushing into the side of bunkers/through foliage, but shorter barrels are more manoeuvrable. Some people find longer barrels easier to sight down, others don't. Real accuracy? No difference.
