North v South tickets normally go on sale around the beginning of the year.
This past year they did put them on sale in December 2012 for the 2013 game but that was a special sale offer.
You've got plenty of time and they don't really run out as such so you shouldn't worry about whether you can get them or not....the bonus for early purchase is the discounted price.
Best thing to do is like this FB page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Warped-North-V-South-BIG-GAME-Festival-official/169874153059932?fref=ts) and they will be quick enough to give you the news when the tickets are released (see let them do all leg work....after all, you will be doing the rest of it on the weekend running around).
