Do JT ever answer there e-mails

Yes, i know how you feel. Well, kind of... I emailed them like 3 times and all i ever got back was a response with a phone number on it. I can give it to you, i gaurantee that it is all that you will get back from your email.

Sorry, it was stupid of me to ask if it was a leaky regulator. They are know for protective equipment, you probably dont have a JT gun like me.

its seems to be the general rule with the larger paintball companys never to reply to emails.

i had the same problem with DYE after ordering some parts from them 8 emails later (i had even had returns from the emails saying they had read them) still no reply.

i was all set to cancel it when it turned up at the door.

The barrels sweeeeeet!!! but the service by e-mail sucks big.

i would just phone from now on, as they generally answer straight away

it may be that we are not some big company who is ordering s**t loads of stuff from them,

even simple things like jt stickers for a mask cant be bought of find info where to get them.

So J.T if ya read this GET YA ACT TOGETHER and answer ya mail it dont do your rep any good not doing that .
