Hey there, was just wondering if Ash, or anyone could get back to me regarding a tempermental DM9 and Rotor im using atm. Its been really screwing up my winter training and im at my wits end with both, next step is to send them both back to Dye if I cant sort them out by this Sunday...
DM9 ISSUE
I own 2 Bolts for my DM9, a Billy Wing Bolt and the Stock bolt. Switching between the two and trying to "fine tune" my LPR have caused some horrible inconsistencies with my marker.
The main issue im having is that when the LPR is turned to 0psi there is no leak, after 1 turn out, roughly 20psi there is still no leak, when it gets to operating pressure 3 - 3 1/2 turns out 75-80psi, there is a horrible leak comming from the Grip Frame, directly above the microswitch, and the bolt fails to cycle, acts slugish and just has horrible drop off. I have replaced all Sail O rings, and the gasket from the naked eye looks fine. I have re-lubed the LPR and there seems to be no issues with the O rings inside. Last Week I upped the dwell to 20 which solved the issue for a week or so and i managd to put 3-4 pods through it with no issues whatsoever, but alas, sods law its acting up again. Any help?
p.s. YES there is a new battery
ROTOR ISSUE
The rotor works fine when its not on a marker... drop testing it away from any resistance and it feeds perfect, no issues. as soon as it gets put on a marker it just turns off every time it reaches the point where there is resistance in the breach. I know there is a cut off via microswitch inside the rotor and u can alter the tension on the balls too, both of which i havnt touched... so it is stock. With other rotors, the blue power button remains light when on a marker even when not feeding, with mine it turns blue, stops feeding and turns off by itself... again any help would be appreciated.
Regards
