Just trying to build up a kit of spares before they all end up obsolete. Would help to know which parts from other markers will match up? I know the eye pipe and bolt arrangements are different - but what about solenoids, detents etc? Any help much appreciated?

Hey,

Call DYE they may still have spares kits.

The solenoid I think was the same from the DM6 through to DM10.

The DM7 uses old style detents with springs:

DM8 used some funky magnetic detents but the DM9 eyepipe with inc detents fitted the DM8 so that was a common upgrade and I believe that eyepipe has not changed since.

Try and get hold of the DM7 eye pipes mainly as they smash at least once a year. I got a few last year, I think they are £10 each.

I am sure if you nose through the manual or PBNation there will be a complete o-ring breakdown and you can source them via ebay and the likes.

Enjoy the 7, one of only two markers I have that I have no intention of selling !

Cheers mate!

Managed to get 2 spare eyepipes, full set of orings and 1/2 dozen detents. Having a few issues getting her settled in with a new billy wing bolt, but loving how smooth she shoots...

Thought I'd add on this that, after a lot of searching, I found ANS gear in the states had a load of DM7 spares, and so have a bagful of eyepipes sat in the cupboard now :)
