remove and clean & relube the lpr . make sure ya only use a small amount of lube on the bolt. and check the dwell setting. you may need to raise this in colder weather .

Have you swapped out the internal oring on the can?

Thats the one that in my experience puts the most friction on the bolt when gone bad.

As mad toxic said relube your bolt, I dont know what you use but in winter only use dow based lube (newer dye lube, sl33k, hater etc)
In the summer you can use slicker lubes like slick honey but they just dont work in a uk winter.

up your dwell to like 20ms or so

If you can try to avoid raising your lpr.

Also may be an idea to change the larger 0 ring in the top hat, even if it seems fine.

ok cool, thanks guys. im going to change all the orings you suggested and up the dwell a couple of pulls, im on stock 18 at the moment, if i do up the dwell will the abs dwell also be upped? i know that might seem a silly question, also i have quite a large spares kit but im missing a few orings, where can i buy another oring kit? dont have any of the clear inner orings, thanks again, daz

If I recall correctly, the ABS adds 2ms of dwell to the first shot, so with stock that'll be 20ms total for the first shot and if you up it to 20 as standard it'll be 22ms total for the first shot.

Your local Dye dealer should be able to get you a spares kit

Dm6... Brings back good old memories (Thanks J@mes). Please check the following o-rings before opening hyper2 or lpr.

1. Bolt tip, should be 014
2. Bolt sail, should be 015

If urethane o-rings (clear ones x 2) are old and dirty then it's a good idea to change them too. You can use normal buna (black) o-rings in bolt instead of using expensive urethane ones. Use size 017 to replace them.

Here is a manual if you lost your original one: http://www.dyematrix.com/manuals/DyeManuals/DM6_Manual.pdf

Look pages 8-9 for pics.

PS. Clean your bolt. You have to remove the bolt-tip o-ring before you can slide off the cylinder. After that lube all the o-rings with a small amount of lube. A little is enough! Re-build and start rocking!
