DM5 or PM5 ul frame?

is a DM5 worth £300? would it be worth upgrading to from a PM5, or would a UL'd PM5 be just as good/better?

A DM5 is not worth £300 unless it has an UL.

You can get DM5's for about £230, maybe less.
