I hope someone can offer some assistance, I have a DM5 with air literally p***ing out the back of the bolt, I have changed O rings and greased up the bolt, am I doing something wrong?

Where is the air leaking from exactly?
Through the hole in the back of the back cap?
First thing I would do is make sure your regs are set correctly.

3-4 full turns out
LPR
4-5 turns out
If they are ok and it is still leaking then check the inside of the back cap for damage that could be cutting o-rings. ( scratches etc )
