Ok guys, the pad on my dm4 isnt working and i need to fit a new one. Ive never done this before and was wondering what the best way to to this is? i.e how is the pad secured and how do i take the old one out?

Unplug the pad from the board then put your nail under the edge and just pull it is only glued on.
Take the backing off the new one put the wires through the grip frame and stick it down re conect the wire and away you go..

Also, don't pre-bend the membrane ribbon as you may bend it further than needed and stress the connections.
