DM14 Issue ;)

Hi guys, just a quick one, its not that important but the ASA on my DM14 is refusing to budge when the screw is loosened - I understand that it is supposed to slide back and forth a little. Obviously it doesnt affect usage at all but i would like to have a fully functioning marker Also I took apart the hyper4 and the shims were a little rusty - is that an issue?

I don't know about the ASA but I'm sure the shims shouldn't be rusty. If they are then sounds like they haven't been properly lubricated which should protect against it.
