HI Jake sorry to hear that fella, im not sure how much i can budge with price mate, the tank with fly through retesting, that im sure of, its in excellent condition, and the price includes the postage which would be recorded 1st class.
So im not sure how low really mate, make me an offer of the kinda money your thinking about and we will see where it goes from there.
