Dm Virtue board v2.7 DM BROKEN

hey guys

basically i bought the board second hand virute board which came with a PMR 09, and the battery lead and connector and were snapped, anyone have ay suggestions what i could possibly do ?

i know the warranty isnt going to cover it.

ive emailed virtue but no success

the cost of the damage has been covered for the damage tho.

if anyone could point me in the right direction would be awesome.

i thought virtue have lifetime warrenty?

yer they do mate, but by the looks of it the last owner pretty much Fckd it up. dont believe they cover any non manufacture faults :/, ive emailed them but havent had any reply yet, such a good board to be binned,
