Yes. Divisions of 12 teams = 11 games guaranteed. Great!

This is probably posted somewhere & I've missed it, but I haven't seen anything yet to do with the schedule. Not fussed about who is playing who when & on which field right now, but what time games start tomorrow etc as an 8.00am start means getting up an awful lot earlier than for a 9.00am start

Fly - playing in mixed divisions is common for big events like Millenniums. This gives the opportunity for lower level teams to see what they can do against the big teams & can occasionally cause a few upsets (which is always fun to watch). Playing higher ranked teams can teach you a great deal.
Every novice team should play the same number of pros and ams, & I would imagine that there will be a play off for the teams with the highest number of points from each category (again, similar to Millenniums).
