I have a problem when i dive it seem when i do i dislocate my knee lol. so a woerd to all those divers be carful.

Useful diving tip
When diving make sure your guns barrel is up and you don't pull the trigger, and you don't hit the ground marker first, otherwise you will have the following result.
1. A made to measure barrel bung made from mud and grass
2. A hopper full of chopped/burst balls coated in each others innards
3. A marker full of paint which won't fire balls but does spurt paint!
Oh yeah and is it me but when a ball breaks on an apponent it leaves a smallist mark, but when it breaks in a marker it's like you've broken a whole case of balls in the breach.

Invest a little cash on some decent knee pads/sliders.
Infact if you can get the vollyball pads which are quite small and use elasti-tubing under your sliders it should keep your knees in better condition.
