12ltr if its 4500psi(300bar) or 15ltr if ur system is 3000psi (232)
if u can afford if get the 300 anyway as it will give you more fills to a full 3000 before degrading

300 br 12ltr then, they don't do a larger one i'm afraid plus if u are really flush another one to bulk fill with.
Can you safely fill a 3000psi bottle from a 4500psi dive tank? do you have to be extra carefull not to overfill?

yes you can fill a 3000 with a 4500 tank as you say you just have to be carefull. Also bare in mind that a 3000 psi tank will be saftey tested well over that!
