Dive Tank Help

Is this fitting on the tank:

and This:

all I need for scuba shops to be able to fill the dive tank, and also for me to fill my marker? and does the 300BAR fill rig screw into the existing jobby on the tank? or is it instead of this? (excuse the techinical terms! )

Brand new, made by me, and used by me when teching. It has a better bleed screw as well.
