I hear a number of teams don't want to take part because of rules that have been brought in this year.

from the mill series website .. the Div1 season 2008 team Royal has been replaced by All Russians Moscow a big shame to see an skandinavian team less ...

Thanks for your support guys. for vaious reasons we in Royal simply dont have the necessary "tools" to complete a strong enough season. We have reconstructed the team this year and will be back in MS sooner than you think. Watch out!
